As a Holistic Health and Wellness Coach, I feel passionate about all aspects of healthy living. What we put in our body, on our skin, the way we move, time to relax, time to think. If we want to do our best in life, these aspects are essential. Be healthy ~ be happy.  

 

My aim is to encourage cheaper, greener and natural ways to keep fit and healthy. I'm going back to the basic way of eating and keeping fit. There's no need for a trendy diet or expensive equipment. 

 

I have been practicing Pilates since 2008 and training since 2010. With a focus on improving posture, core strength and balance, the purpose of my classes is to help people help themselves to feel better. more agile and comfortable in their everyday life.

Currently all Pilates sessions are done online. There are several options available for you to exercise at home in your own time. Something for all ages and abilities.

Quick Tip

Healthy Eating

Put a whole lemon in the freezer, then grate it on top of any meal you like.  It is lovely on top of fish or pasta for example, and adds great nutrition to any meal.  Place back in the freezer and use as you wish.
